David Hill Winery
With sweeping views of Oregon’s coast range, David Hill Vineyards is one of the most picturesque wine venues in the Willamette Valley. Our tasting room is located in an historic farmhouse, originally built in 1883. The farm is on 140 acres of which 40 acres are planted with Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer, with some of the oldest vines in the state. The park is open from sunrise to sunset seven days a week. The facilities open in late April-on the first day of fishing season-and close in late October. Overnight camping not permitted. Available species include rainbow trout, large and smallmouth bass, brown bullhead, and yellow perch. Fishing season runs from late April through October. The Park features numerous picnic areas, two boat launching facilities, a fully-stocked lake for fishing, 15-plus miles of hiking trails, observation decks for wildlife-and bird-watching and extensive facilies for disabled visitors. Montinore Vineyards
Established in 1982, Montinore Estate is committed to producing finely crafted wines that express the unique conditions of the northern Willamette Valley. From its 200 acres of vineyards in the foothills of the Oregon Coastal Range to its state-of-the-art winemaking facility, Montinore’s close attention to each step of the winemaking process is rooted in a belief that exceptional wine is born of a sustained marriage of soil, climate, and artful stewardship. Controlled fruit yields, small, carefully fermented wines, and estate bottling help our family-run establishment offer full-flavored vintages of distinctive character and quality. Call (503) 359-5012 for more information.

Pacific University Museum
The two exhibit galleries are located on the second floor of the historic building. The South Gallery contains exhibits on Tabitha Brown (one of Pacific's founders and official "Mother of Oregon"), Sidney Harper Marsh (Pacific's first president: 1854-1879), the Morse Brothers (including telegraph instruments from Samuel F.B. Morse), and Pacific's mascots--Boxer and Badger. The North Gallery covers science education (when Old College Hall was known as Science Hall) and Pacific's long association with foreign lands through missionary service and educational work. Shafer Vineyards
The Winery and Vineyards are nestled in the foothills of the Gales Creek Valley, a small agricultural region within the Willamette Valley, 30 miles west of Portland. When the Shafer family started the business in 1973 they had no plans for winemaking, just grape growing on the 70 acre estate. Call (503) 357-6604 for more information.
