Things to do in McMinnville
Anthony Dell Cellars
At Anthony Dell Cellars they have some very simple and fundamental beliefs that all they do is based upon. To know Doug and Joy is to know what truly matters to them. "We strive to make wines that we like to drink. Wines that let the fruit shine. Wine that has just enough Oak. We believe you should give more than you take. In the vineyard this means adding compost, using organic sprays to prevent disease, planting a cover crop to control soil erosion and build the soil. Encouraging the owls and re-tail hawks (natural predators) to eat the rodents. We believe that wine is a food and is best enjoyed with food and friends. We believe in Frank Sinatra, who said, 'I feel sorry for people who don't dink. When they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they are going to feel all day.' We believe that wine will get you through times of no money better than money will get you through times of no wine. Most of all we believe in ourselves. Call (503) 910-8874 for more information.
